The first round was an informal call remotely for 30 minutes. I then did an in person 3 panel interview, including a presentation. The presentation was 20-30 mins, and interview an hour.

Was recruited over the phone and spoke to the hiring manager first. He was down to earth and we had a good conversation. Had two more phone interviews and one in person interview before speaking with a person who has this job in another region for me to evaluate if it would be a good fit. Met again with the hiring manager for dinner where I was made an offer. The whole process took almost three and a half months from the initial call to start date, which sounds long but was actually very thorough. All in all it was a very positive experience and I felt like every question I had was answered. They went out of their way to make sure we both were going to be happy with the arrangement.
