The process is long but very well planned and straightforward. The first phone interview was with a recruiting manager, then after a week, another phone interview - this time purely technical, with an architect. I was called in for an in-person interview at the location and the interview process included meeting a total of 9 IT personnel, including this position's reporting manager, recruiting manager, managers of supporting teams. The questions spanned from fully technical to behavioral to analytical. They were an interesting set of people who came up with highly interesting set of questions.
