Entretien
I had two brief phone interviews, then a virtual interview since I wasn't in the Washington, D.C. area. The virtual interview consisted of three brief interviews. There was no case interview. Each interviewer was pleasant. One was meant to test leadership skills, one consulting skills, and one personality. I was surprised to receive an offer because I felt that the interview was not very informative.

What do you think is the biggest issue our company is facing right now? What would you bring to a team?
The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

Can you describe a time where you had to lead a project?
It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
