J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Booz Allen Hamilton (McLean, VA) en déc. 2011
Entretien
I videoconferenced with three employees of the company. We discussed my resume, my experiences, and my personality for a while. Eventually the conversation moved on to life at Booz Allen. I didn't have to answer any technical questions or anything like that. We ended up talking for about an hour. All in all, a pretty easy and enjoyable interview. I was shocked when the followup phone call (an hour later!) was about a job offer, not to schedule the next interview.
The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Can you describe a time where you had to lead a project?
It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
Two interviews one with my job lead and one with my career manager. Typical questions about you and your resume. Both interviews were virtual and about 30 minutes in length.
