phone interview by talent acquisition team, and then a hiring manager 1 on 1. the interview is mainly focus on resume and behaviour questions, including past internships and projects and reaction towards different situation and problems.

Applied on Monday night through indeed and i received a call the next day for to set up an interview. I interviewed on Thursday afternoon. Took 30 mins for the whole interview.

Fun, fairly standard interview. A little role playing. Only took about half an hour, and was called back the next day and hired for the position. Would definitely recommend interviewing with Boot Barn

Went through an initial screening phone interview. I inquired about compensation and the interviewer said they would get back to me but never heard anything back. I followed up but didn't hear back on that either. Completely ghosted.

Smooth & Easy. Start off with phone calls then go in person. Human resources were very helpful and awesome to work with. A lot of great people there and very informative. Not so intimidating but nice.

I was texted about a hiring event going on and was basically a screening interview for all the applicants. They ask basic questions like name, contact info, availability, past jobs, and why boot barn? After the screening interview, I was told that the same person that contacted me before would be the one sending out info about the next interview, but I never got contacted being told I did or didn't get chosen to continue the interview process.

Dress the role, be yourself and just be ready to answer questions based on experience of other jobs, or certain situations for customer service. Also, make sure to ask a question to the interviewer.

Great interview questions. Very kind. Easy Going. They ask about any vacations prior to make sure you have those days off. No official documents needed since you provide when applying.

Fast, like talking to a friend. But the second part is them trying to persuade you to choose them. They really want people to stay. They say the turn over rate is due to COVID but I don't know now.
