This was followed by two interviews with field specialists, and a final interview with the Hiring Manager, which involved preparing and presenting a business case with initiatives for the market applied for. Overall, it was a positive experience. The interviewers were kind and supportive, the process was transparent, feedback was timely, and communication was clear throughout.

The problem was about the feedback I received, literally an empty e-mail with 0 feedback about the long process I participated in with no reason why I got rejected at last.
