Initially a hiring manager will host a short screening call to ensure interest and general qualification. For the full interview, the interviewee presents for an hour on education and experience to a panel, then breaks off for half hour in-depth interviews with each panel member.

Didn't get the job, but the interview process was very well organized. I enjoyed the conversations and interviewer's energy. I've only heard good things and now I know why. Bummed that they went in a different direction, but you can't land every roll you interview for.
