tight deadline tasks and what actions did you take to complete them on time?

Entretien
Invited to interview on site by e-mail. Had an interview with two (quite junior?) staff of the Accounting department. Very friendly atmosphere. The interview lasted about 30-40 min, I believe a phone screening interview prior would have helped them sort me out due to my lack of experience with A/P. But a friendly chat nonetheless...
