Second behavioral round I reviewed a recorded sales call and had me take notes on what went well what didn't. Did additional behavioral questions and a debrief after. First round was a traditional behavoral.

The initial interview was conducted by a leader in the talent acquisition & management function. This was a great conversation with questions that revealed the interviewer had really reviewed my background. It was a two-way discussion that was very energizing. The next interview was with a senior leader.
