      • Recently interviewed for a PM role, the process requested a systematic review of my experience which went back 15 years. The company was quite good and made a decision after one week, yet, decided to go with the other candidate who they felt would fit into the team better. Did find out the company generally takes a long time to make decisions and the interviewer related there can be difficult characters to deal with.   1 réponse

      Very Slow process! despite an aggressive interview agenda being published, BC Hydro introduced 2 month delays ! Panel of 3, one taking note. It felt one of the reviewer was there to learn interview ropes...Questions were poorly focused, demonstrating that Resume had not been read before interview...
