The interview was very casual and at one point there were 3 interviewers asking questions. They spent about an hour with me and asked a lot of questions. It appeared as though I was not going to get the job based on the way it concluded

I was ghosted after meeting with a condescending Director. I think she was having other online chats during our meeting which was not a great candidate experience. I understand hands-off leaders typically get rusty in interviewing, but I’d advise she learns how to properly communicate and control her facial expressions.

It was really good. It was a video interview. Very straight forward. There were about 10 questions that they asked. Some of the questions were situational judgemental questions. You will do fine.

The process begins with a prescreen from a talent acquisition specialist. I did my research on this individual and it became apparent very quickly that the representative has no prior claims adjusting experience in any lines of insurance. Im not entirely sure how you expect them to convey to the recruitment team if the person they're speaking with is worthy of a second interview. So you can talk about your technical abilities and you can do really well but don't be surprised if you're turned down because your technical abilities and potential are assessed by someone who likely isn't aware of most of what you're talking about. The organization will reach out to you many times but they dont appear to make a fair assessment of your abilities.

4-5 Rounds across 2 months. Overall process was clear and smooth, just took too long. The hiring manager was good at giving feedback and also timely at the end of the process that I was not considered for final offer.

First interview was a phone interview from a recruiter. Pretty standard asking about tech stacks I was familiar with, trying to gage salary expectations, if I need to relocate for position and so on. Conversation felt a little one-sided, like I was being talked at and they didn't want to engage with my questions.
