During the interview, I had the opportunity to discuss my previous experience, answer scenario-based questions, and demonstrate how my skills align with the requirements of the position. The panel also provided insights into the company culture and team dynamics, which gave me a good understanding of the workplace environment.
Overall, the process was professional, transparent, and allowed for a two-way exchange — not only did the company assess my fit for the role, but I was also able to evaluate how the company values and career growth opportunities matched my goals.”
