Entretien

The interview was with two members of Australia post HR and a manager. They asked a few questions and I asked them a few questions about the job and I left and got a phone call a few days later to tell me I got the job.

    After Step 3., I was offered the job and was asked to complete a medical test for insurance purposes.

    While they claimed that the medical test would not impact the offer and was purely for insurance reasons, once I disclosed that I was on anti-anxiety medication I was asked to get further paperwork to prove that I was able to work in a customer service role (despite being in the same role for 2+ years immediately prior to this role). Despite providing the requested paperwork within 24 hours, I was told that they had "filled all of the roles" - remember, I was offered the role after the group interview. I feel that this was due to disclosing that I was on anti-anxiety medication and that it was an act of discrimination on behalf of Australia Post
