This interview process consists of two to three phone interviews and one face-to-face interview with a group of managers and/or team leads. Prior to the interview you were also required to take a skills/simulated test online. Upon acceptance of the job, you were required to complete a background check and fingerprinting.

Interview was pretty easy and straightforward. I applied through a temp, so my first interview was with my recruiter, second interview was with a hiring manager @ Assurant. Interview lasted about 20-25 minutes. She asked me typical interview questions (i.e. tell me about a time with a difficult or irate customer, tell me about a time when you didn’t know how to resolve a customer’s problem and what did you do, etc.). Interview took place at 9am and I received a job offer later on that evening around 5 or 6 PM.
