It was a 2.5 hour interview with 4 different members of the editorial staff. They were are really friendly and asked general questions, mostly explained the company and the position.

Initial Phone Interview followed by several on-site interviews. The appointments were back-to-back and the process was grueling. Also, I left with a negative impression of HR's abilities to coordinate effectively.
