I was invited to an assement centre following a successful online application. It included a pre-prepapred presentation, situational judgement test, a group excercise, and an interview with two managers. The group excercise was mostly focused on the values of the firm. Lots of waiting in between the different activities. It took almost two months to hear back, and I did not receive any feedback, despite several requests (only a generic email ("Thank you for taking the time[...] We value your interest[...])) , which seems very unprofessional considering the time and effort I put into the preparation for the assessment. Have still not had any feedback 10 after weeks.

Had to present a 5 minute presentation on drivers and implications of change. This was followed by questions about the presentation and then standard competency questions. There was also a group exercise in which we had to assess a case study and see how it conforms to Arup's principles before determining whether to accept or reject.

Arup quickly got back to me and held a very informative assessment centre. Staff went a long way to chat to us, keep us very calm and relaxed, and guide us through the process.
