Usually interviews open up with the interviewer telling you a bit about what to expect from the job you applied to. This interview opened up with questions from the start. I didn't feel at ease at all to be quite honest with you and the questions were very specific for a first interview. Make sure you have some sales background and you can give examples of having sales goals and how you reached or surpassed them.
Also, you must be very clear when relating stories of how you have served customers in the past. Make sure you have specific examples to give. I don't know if it's standard that they jump right in with the questions, but expect them to.
