J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Applebee's (Clifton, NJ) en juill. 2021
Entretien
I was called in almost immediately to interview. It was conducted at a table in the restaurant as service as going on. They wanted to know if I had previous experience but did not really care that I did not. I was questioned on my social skills and friendliness was a big factor. I was warned about the demanding nature of the job but told that they would do everything to help me get settled in while I was still learning.

“The interview process typically starts with an application review, followed by an interview with the manager to assess customer service skills, availability, and experience. Depending on the role, there may be situational or behavioural questions to understand how candidates handle teamwork, fast-paced environments, and customer interactions. Successful candidates may then proceed to onboarding and training.”
Did an interview with assistant manager, lasted five minutes and they wanted to do another interview with the head manager.
Only asked me two questions which was weird, I never had an interview like that before.
Pretty pointless imo and I don't think they respect your time well - from reading other reviews it seems quite unconviential though so maybe it was just a weird store.
The interview process was quick and easy. They had me come in the morning and ask very basic questions about my previous experience in the industry and some behavior questions
