Entretien
I submitted my resume online. I was then initially contacted by a recruiter to set up a phone interview time. The screening interview with the HR person took nearly 45 minutes. We went over my resume and background and the position they were hiring for. He then told me that he wanted me to interview with the hiring manager. It took a couple of weeks before that was set up. This interview was more in-depth and I thought it went well, but I didn't make the cut.

Entretien
The interviewer was unprepared, showed up late, and acted very informally. They had no idea who they were interviewing and had not read my resume. Only want to hear what they/he/she wanted to hear, and it felt like they were just had a bad day.
Met with the recruiter and the hiring manager but unfortunately I was not able to get past that round. Recruiter did say they will try to reach out again in the future so crossing my fingers I get another chance.

I had 5 interviews, these were with the recruiter, my line manager, line manager's peer, senior leader, then finally my manager's manager. In my experience, the interviews were mostly pretty simple.
