After being professionally approached by the recruitment team, the 1st stage was a telephone interview, which was followed by a half day of face-2-face interviews with 4 members of the team. Next was a presentation in front of, largely, the same team again, with a final phone call with a Head of Dept based in NYC to gain what will have been final approval.
Each stage was well communicated with timely updates coming from the recruiters throughout.
I'd heard positive comments around the interview process at Appnexus and at each stage I was left feeling positive about the company, the role and the opportunity to make an impact.
The stand out impression I got from the team was the knowledge sharing ethos and the strong signs of teamwork throughout the company. It's great that this exists but it's also credit that this comes across so well in front of candidates.
