A friend referred me, I was subsequently contacted by their HR team to arrange 2 phone interviews. Each phone interview was about 40mins in length and conversational. Each discussed my experience and the potential role itself. Upon being approved through these stages I was invited in to meet the wider team and have 6 x 40min face to face interviews. Given this was a new position i was also asked for a final presentation interview (30 mins long to 3 people). Whilst thorough, overall the experience was a very positive one.
