Interviewed with hiring manager and was told to expect a decision within a week. I followed up a week later and didn't receive a response until the next week with a "Dear John" email. Disappointed in slow response

Had a few STAR questions with specific situations and scenarios. Spent a significant amount of time of my background in rare diseases/pharma. Ideally, I believe they were looking for someone closer to the city.
