    Entretien

    Phone screening with the recruiter, then a series of interviews via zoom. Started with the hiring manager, then a week later 3 more interviews with directors\sr. directors\hr, then a week later another interview with another director. 2 weeks later after a few follow-ups, they sent me an email that they "decided to go in other direction".

    Throughout the interview process, they were very open and vocal that they require everyone in IT work 60+hr\week, including weekends. One of the interviewers said that he works on average 80+hr/wk.

    Had a phone screening where the majority of the questions were asked determining my competency for the role and level of enthusiasm for the position. They thought I was a good fit, brought me on and I had a fairly informal in-person with two other product owners. I was given a contingent job offer based on my ability to pass a background check and a drug screen. They used General Information Services. Passed my drug screen (they send you offsite, you have to take it within 48 hours of acknowledging it), failed my background check due to a misdimeanor three years ago. They did not have the decency to call me about this. Not a good experience overall - I quit my job to work there and they rescinded their offer.

    Process took a few weeks, questions were fairly simple. Interviewed with a supervisor first. Sat with someone to watch them take calls and then met with the manager.

    Sat in a room with three supervisors and was asked different questions about self and work place experiences. Was able to ask the managers questions about the company and job title.

    Applied to the job via an online posting. Was contacted by an HR representative who spoke highly of my background and thought that I would be a great fit. About a 30 minute phone conversation with recruiter, and then moved to the next stage. Next stage was an interview in front of a panel. Had to create a 30-60-90 day plan prior to that meeting. Panel interview was about an hour long. Situational questions, etc. Received an email about a week later stating that I wouldn't move forward in the process.

    Interviewed and then was taken into the call center to watch how a Customer Service Rep. handles their calls. I was told they were doing a mass hiring event and was given the Human Resources business card with her direct phone number on it.

    I applied on indeed. Received a call from recruiter next day to set up phone interview. After phone interview with recruiter she set up a in person with my now direct supervisor. Than I had an assessment which was just to make sure
    you have some knowledge and I don't think really weighed much in the process but it was timed and had to do some reading. Than a phone interview with 2 other supervisors until accepting offer. Background started immediately after contingent offer. Criminal, Mvr, and drug were all within the first 48 hours. I passed background and was cleared and offered full acceptance within 48 hours of starting background. So very fast! All in all it was a fast, a bit overwhelming exciting experience! I started the position within 4 weeks of applying. I love it so far!! Great people great company! Great pay and benefits to add to that!

    First there is a quick pre interview. Next there is a group interview with behavioral questions that you describe the event, the action you took,and the end result. Three weeks later there is a one on one interview. Last there is an unpaid pre hire class you have to attend that explains the job in more detail.

    Interview process took about 2weeks total..applied few months ago and was given a call back around mid January for first interview which was a group one...very laid back a simple...then was taken on a tour of the facility and was able to sit with an agent to see how the whole operation works...after that the next step was a second interview with two hiring managers with some similar questions using the STAR METHOD.
