Initial technical interview by hiring manager. Core focus was on programming concepts. Questions could be answered using any language.
After the initial screen, there was an on-site 3-hour technical interview. People in that panel were from the group that is hiring. After technical interview, it was quite for a few days.
Then there was the HR follow-up interview with job offer.
It took me one to two weeks to receive their response regarding my application for the Software Engineer position, which I applied for and patiently waited during the process period.

HR person called to get to know my journey and abilities. She was very kind and knowledeable. the company has a passion to help out others and give actual feedback.
