The interview process begins with an initial discussion with Human Resources to assess the candidate's motivation, availability, and cultural fit, followed by three individual 30-minute interviews with managers focusing on team management, operational organization, problem-solving under pressure, and leadership approach. The evaluation is based on Amazon’s Leadership Principles, such as ownership, insist on the highest standards, hire and develop the best, and deliver results. Candidates are expected to structure their answers using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to clearly demonstrate both their behavioral and technical competencies through concrete examples

Tell me about a time when you took ownership of a problem that wasn’t necessarily your responsibility. What did you do, and what was the outcome?
The first step, the virtual interview process, was fairly long but easy to navigate and work through, and shortly after, I received an invite to interview in person. However, the location for which they reached out for was for the wrong state.

Manager experience, scenarios where I had to act as a manager
Ghosted me after the interview, and they did not notify me I was no longer under consideration. I manually had to check the job portal to verify job application status after a virtual assessment and interview.
The interview process is very robust. You speak with many different people but they moved quickly. Some questions are out of the box and some are straightforward. Overall it was a good experience.
