Met with a recruiter on campus during a career fair. He seemed interested in me so we went to another room where I was given an on-the-spot technical interview. Nothing too strenuous, just some simple data structures and programming stuff. After we finished that, he seemed pleased and hooked me up with someone from HR to conduct and personal interview. From there, I was told that I'd be contacted sometime in the future for another interview over the phone with my prospective manager. After waiting for a week or so, I was treated to another (simple) tech interview, told about the project, and offered a position with a week to accept/deny.
