Originally applied for job on Allstate website. Received call from recruiter two days later. Recruiter asked general questions about work history and interest in position. Sent another email to complete an skills/personality test. Took the the test and passed it immediately. Recruiter scheduled another interview with the local agency. Went to interview the interviews came in late and appeared to be very unapproachable and almost rude. Throughout the interview they avoided eye contact and were not welcoming or positive. They did not smile throughout the entire hours long interview and when it was over offered a weak handshake. Gave a very bad impression of Allstate overall and made me not wont to work there at all. Not even sure if I got an offer but if I do I will def decline.
