Phone interview followed up with on-site client interview. Phone interview consisted of simple questions regarding background, skills, and experience with embedded systems. Interviewer did a great job of starting out each topic with a simple question, then progressing the topic further to see how much I understood. Giving an honest "I don't know much about this" was met with positive feedback and explanation. Being an entry-level position I don't think much was expected, they just wanted you to be honest. After the phone interview (about 3 days) I was invited in for a live interview with the client I would be working for. This interview was easy as well but will vary depending on who the client is.
