The whole process was very smooth. All interviews were scheduled and taken within a week's time. Everyone was coming on time. They were respectful and had their cameras on if I did. The feedback was given quickly. The interviewers were all interesting and personable people. It felt like everyone was genuinely interested in me and my background and had the time to enjoy the conversation.
