I applied online. They called within a week. They called me in. I showed up, sat down. They asked me if I had any questions about that job. I didn't. They had me suck on some sponge drug test thing and weren't even sure how it worked. They couldn't tell me what the results said. And then I was giving the job. So no interview basically because they don't really care who you are.

Applied online and received a call from one of the 5th Managers. They asked me scenario based questions, like how I would deal with a co-worker abusing our discounts. It was quite lengthy because the manager was writing down all my responses. If you are thorough, you can answer most of their questions when they ask the first one.
