    Had hackerrank test with them post clearing that had a Skype round with an interviewer. After that they called me to their wework office. Had 3 round with them post that they told me they will get back to me with the result soon.

    Clear your salary expectation and postion with them clearly because they offer very low salary package and might downgrade you offered position.

    HR: Please stop wasting time of candidate's if you can't meet their salary expectation and position for which you interviewed. Stop fooling them with your travel policy.

    Applied via LinkedIn, got a call a few days later inviting me to a video interview. Had to wait about 6 days after that to find out. All in all a quick process and friendly interview, although I was surprised by the range of questions as it seemed very informal.

    HR Screening interview, followed by an interview with Senior Product Manager. The third round was an interview with the Engineering Manager. The final round was a talk with the head of Products and the CTO.

    first you have to scan the barcode given in the ads or their website and register the google form. after that, they will send you the serial no that require to bring on that open day interview day.

    OPEN DAY:
    i came to airasia red HQ near KLIA2 at 9am sharp. the crowd is massive, like you attending a concert but i manage to get the front line first to register and got the first top 50 to interview. 1st they will check your document (just follow the document requirement in the ads thay you seen in their website or their social media account), they they will give you sticker with number. There is a waiting hall inside the HQ hall, then they call us 10 by sequence number to enter the 2nd round interview. inside the 2nd round interview room, there's 2 interviewer guy which i very nice and warm to greet us. They ask us to introduce ourself one by one, be yourself all i can say as i am very comfortable with the atmosphere because the interviewer were very nice. after that, they tell a situation and ask us how we overcome it and of course one by one with different kind of questions. After that, they ask us to wait outside either we make it to next round. unfortunately, those who couldn't make it to the next round will be call earlier and they return the resume back to the fail candidates. The candidates that pass on the 2nd interview round will be given a job application form.

    3rd round, job description briefing. they briefed about the job, salary and benefits that we will get. and there's no elimination here

    Final round, one by one interview.
    and yes, i'm glad that i am one of the earliest candidate who succeed to the final round. so i finish early before 4pm after the final interview. mainly the question is about my last job. it's a casual interview , and i am really happy it went well than i expected.

    they say the successful candidates will get email from them either you past it or not.

    estimated more than 1000++ candidates come to the open day interview. and only 20-30% of the total suceed until final round.

    3 interviews, 30 minutes each. All interviews more or less technical.

    1st: the first interview was on data structure and simple algorithms and logic. Algorithm complexity. You need to know some theory because the questions are academic.
    The interviewers seems to be technical leads or developers.

    2nd: I have to introduce myself and present one of my project. I was asked the most complex part of the project and was challenged on the technical solution. The interviewer didn't understand my challenges because, maybe I was not clear.
    The interviewer were senior engineering managers.

    3rd: Architecure.
    The interviewers gave a real example to solve and ask you to provide an architecture that will solve their problem.
    They are expecting a solution based on microservices. The discussion was opened.

    I preferred the 3rd interview because I had to solve a real problem and the interviewers were focused on me.

    The 1st interview is really too theoretical and interviewers were jumping from one question to another, like rushing to finsh the interview on time but it was still fine.

    The 2nd interview was the worst as I was challenged on my own project. The interviewer stated that my challenges were not complex while the top manager was on his phone most of the time. I'm not sure about the goal but if they asked for complexity, I would have suggested different projects or maybe they just wanted to see how a candidate can react when challenged.

    The good thing is at the end of this process, they take you for a tour of their beautiful building, show you the output and tell you that it will not fit.

    Advise: shutdown your phone during interview. This will show some respect to candidates that have to apply for a day off, come with their car, pay the toll and parking.

    I went through a reference. Still we waited for 3 hours for HRs . They took our resumes an hour before only.
    The interview was held at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi (T-3) ,so no sitting arrangement was there.

    I applied online on the career website, got a whatsapp message after almost a month from the recruitment team asking about expected salary and notice period. And then had a face to face session scheduled for the next week.
    There was a test that asked about double entry for Intercompany related processes, followed by a face to face with the hiring manager.
    The hiring manager himself was a new hire for the newly setup shared services center in PJ. It wasnt much of an interview rather a casual chat where the hiring manager explained the structure of the department.
