When I interviewed, I went through two behavioral interviews, a case interview, and then an interview with more senior managers or leadership executives. The behavioral interviews were informal - why this company, what's your experience, talk about teamwork, etc. The case interview was asked about optimizing a supply chain.

    There were 3 parts - Pre-Screening Interview, first assessment and the two part final interview. The pre-screening interview was just for HR to know more about you, the first assessment was behavioral questions and the final was one part behavioral and the other part a case study. Just prepare for each interview, especially the case study and you'll do fine.

    The interview was straight-forward. 1 Phone-interview - go through resume, basic behaviorial, then final back to back 45-mins in person. First being behaviorial/fit, second being a case interview. Fairly straight-forward.

    Very good interview process. Was a two round interview with back to back interviewees. I also had a case study part that was really easy if you pay attention to the handbook that they offer before it. Come prepared and you will do well

    A recruiter reached out to me through my alumni job board. Facilitated the first round interview and was advanced to the second and then final round interview. All interviews before the final round was behavioral. I did well on each interview except the final. It was a case interview. As a STEM major, if you haven't done many case interviews before it is nerve-racking but it is really about thinking critically and logically. I made a simple technical mistake in the case interview and I believe it cost me the offer.

    Had a first round interview, didn't reach the second rounds of interview. The second round was more hands on with a problems which I heard was more difficult because of the business/marketing aspect they expect you to know.

    Initial screening with Talent Acquisition, then phone interview with a future supervisor, then a 3 hour onsite day with a case and confirming interview. Honestly, the initial screen was the hardest one; I don’t think the recruiter was fully familiar with the role and asked some pretty specific questions that I wasn’t prepared for and was never asked again. Thankfully I moved forward and it was a breeze from there. In all of my interviews with Accenture, they have never asked tricky questions or played weird mind games. They genuinely just want to see if you’re smart and easy to get along with. Once they want you, you’ll know. Can’t say enough good things about my experience. My best advice would be to research the company and role heavily before your screening interview, practice with all of the case material they give you, and demonstrate that you want the job. Other than that, be yourself. Really.

He asked me simple questions about myself, my work experience, and school information such as major, gpa... In addition, he asked basic question such as was I open to moving and compensation. This was all before the phone screening.
