I applied through the corporate careers website. I was contacted by a recruiter to do a basic phone screen. After passing the phone screen, I had a telephone interview with another individual working in a similar position to the one I was applying. Most basic questions and an attempt to gauge your personality/past schooling/work decisions/character. After passing this interview, I had a 1 hour situation/action/result based interview with a higher ranking HR employee. After this interview, I was flown to VA to do more interviewing. The on-site interview involved meeting with a group of analysts/consultants who explained what it was like to work with the company. I also met with 3 separate individuals who asked a few questions and explained more about the company. A few months after my final on-site interview I received/accepted an offer. I thought the most difficult part was the the SAR interview based on how engaging the questions were. I was nervous for the final interview but everyone was awesome and extremely laid back. Overall, despite the long process, I had a great experience overall.
