Three stages to the interview - a set of technical questions on a website, which were relatively straightforward to anyone with experience; an HR interview which was behavioural - ie. how I reacted in a variety of situations (eg. describe a situation where I dealt with underperforming teammates).
The final stage of the process was a one-to-one interview with a mid-level programmer. I described in detail a project I had worked on in my previous job. There were few in-depth technical questions. It was almost a formality.

Question 1
Describe a situation where you were part of a team with an underperforming team-mate.
It was a process of 3 rounds. Starts with a technical telephonic discussion, and a on-prem technical discussion, and finally the HR round. I found the HR are tough to negotiate, and they are really tricky.

Only 1 technical round, you can clear even if you keep practicing some standard set of questions in your domain.
I felt personally the interview was not really good to judge people, it needs to be more difficult to clear. Because the more easy it is the more chances of wrong elements entering in.
