I interviewed for a Business Analyst position with ANSS. I have an Econ background but my job description is for a Jr. Peoplesoft developer role. I had 4 interviews of which three were over the phone and the last one I have on Monday to be teleconfrenced. 1- Phone Screen by recruiter: very basic, she explained the roll a little bit and asked a little about my academic background. 2-Skills Interview: very easy, she just asked about things from my resume. Pretty sure I was only asked me 2 or 3 questions, the rest of the time i asked my own questions 3-Behavioral/PFI interview: I was asked three questions: 1. Tell me about a time you were working in a group and someone wasnt cooperating; 2. A time where you had to meet tight deadlines; 3. A time where you were given a task/responsibility with little or no direction. This interview lasted for about 45 min and I was asked a lot of probing questions such as how did you feel, what did you anticipate, how did you react, etc. 4- Interview with a Senior Exec-- TBA
