Meeting with two British ladies - one a relatively experienced marketer and one just a friend (no qualifications whatsoever). I wasn't sure if they were hiring for a marketer or a Japan based plus one. They didn't seem amused when I asked about their 'international' credentials and in the end they seem to have gotten a replacement very similar to the old one in terms of experience, who would just be in awe of them for being British. On a different note, the TA was nice for change!
