A group of potential employees were gathered in a room and a few staff members (some senior) talked to us a bit about working at ASDA. We did a few group exercises in order to tell everyone about ourselves. Then I had a one on one interview with a member of staff. I was asked standard interview questions like "when have you shown commitment", "why ASDA" ...

Simple interview process, one on one chat with a the manger in the room. It lasted about 20 minutes and was easy to do and more like a chat which was great
Easy and welcoming, met many people. Did tasks that allowed people to mingle. Got to know many of the staff members too. Learnt skills to help enable better comms with customers and got to see the uniform
