Entretien
The district manager called me to set up an interview and really the interview is just a prescreen to see if you "fit" the ALDI mold. They are looking for specific answers, so study retail and try to find out about the way they manage. For example, you must say you would fire an employee immediately if you caught them stealing. There are no other options with ALDI. You must pass the prescreen to get invited to any subsequent interviews. The interview could be easy if you know the answers. Don't expect much for an interview its rushed because its really just a prescreen. I would say wear a suit if you're a guy and business dress if you're a gal.

There were 3 rounds of interviews. First two interviews were over zoom, and the final interview was in person. The in-person interview required a group of us to visit a warehouse and a store.

Entretien
There was a phone interview, two in-person interviews on campus, and a full-day interview at their office. Everyone was very kind and professional. They really care about finding the perfect fit for their branch!!
