Phone screen with recruiter then Teams interview with Hiring Manager and Senior Engineer. Took way longer to decide on Teams interview than the recruiter's projections. They kept moving the meeting time around. One member of the panel did not show up. The Teams app was buggy and kept randomly sending pop up notifications. They seemed disinterested and disengaged like no way I could have answered their questions would have been satisfactory.
