The recruiters couldn't get it together. I had multiple contact me at one time, then I couldn't contact them back. They found me via linked in. I got set up for an interview with the Vice President, then my recruiter who set the interview up stopped getting in contact. They seem to lack internal structure and it was really disappointing.

Recruiter found my resume about a month ago on a website and reached out to me. Set up a phone screen, a week later was asked to meet with VP of sales at the office. Interview was basic. Only lasted 20 minutes. I had to reach out to the recruiter a week later about their decision. I left her a voicemail and got an email saying they weren't moving forward with me.
