Seems interesting at first, technology original and with perspective, small structure in France

Inconvénients

Basically not interested in technology. Sells people has always the priority in decision making, even if proven they were wrong. They are also alway preferred for promotion, compensation... At a... time, I was working night and day on a project made difficult because we sold a product we made deprecated 2 months later. I worked so hard that I fainted at work. Client said my engagement was vital to the project. Kony never acknoweldge that. 3 months later delivery manager proved to client how a jerk he wa. I tried to reduce impact of his bad behavior, and so France leader decided it was my fault and I get punished for his misconduct. At the end, it was decided I was tired and must leave the project. In the same time, I was also requested to cancel my holidays...

Conseils à la direction

Selling product is good. Being bale to make and use after could also be a good idea. By the way, if you could remind middle management that shouting at people just to secure themself is not a... correct way of managing.
