Avantages

- It is an organization, listed in NASDAQ. -- It is better to visit their offices rather than sitting at home (if you sit at home idle, and have no friends, but if you have friends and be... productive doing household chores - don't waste your precious time for some amount of money). --- Extremely good work-life balance, because they don't have "work", per se.

Inconvénients

- It is a "BPO" organization, capable of doing only "Outsourcing" type of work only. No matter how much they try to market themselves as "Consulting" organization or open their offices in the same... building where Big4 organizations have their offices, they will remain a "Outsourcing" organization ONLY, unless they learn to be mature in their though process, especially the so-called "leadership" of the organization. -- An organization with NO culture, NO value and NO ethical framework!!! > Seniors may only favor you if you are good in pampering the bosses or pleasing people. > Discriminatory practices - they already have law-suits against them for sexual discrimination, which can be seen on "Google". If you talk to people of minority sectors in the organization, you may hear similar discriminatory experience. --- Since they don't have much productive "work", they will make sure they make your "life" hell by compelling you to get into a task "unproductive" tasks or push you into their non-sense and immature style of corporate politics. In a way, I am contradicting one of the "pros" that i mentioned above. There is NO work-life balance. Not because there is a lot of "work", but there is NO "work" and they make-sure you don't have "life" either.

Change your leadership - especially Executive Committee. CEO need to be more strong in taking difficult decisions.
