Avantages

In this company, you got a lot of opportunities. If you like travelling. You are at the good place. The salary is pretty good too. You reach the level if you have patience.

Inconvénients

It's too much corporate. Even your manager sell the company as you was a client. It's not very friendly too. They want you to involve in event in order to show that Accenture is a very good place to... work. Too much fake.

Stop recruiting manager who do know how to coach and create a symbiose.

Avantages

The teams really care about each other. Good environment to do meaningful work for their clients. Lots of opportunity for learning and advancement.

Inconvénients

Large variance in quality of consultants. The vast majority are extremely strong but some weaker ones that put projects at risk.

Conseils à la direction

Review lower performers more frequently and create road maps to performance improvement that is meaningful and actionable. Improve communication to teams, with the regional offices there is a lot... of information that does not make it out of the headquarters.
