Schlumberger has one of the best benefits package in oil and gas industry
The schedule wasn't great, 14 days working 12hr shifts (days/nights) and 6 days off. If you take vacation days you don't accrue days off. But they give you the chance to "sell" accrued days off if you're accumulating too many. They pay per diem when off at location (unless staying at a camp). Cell phone allowance. They have different options for medical insurance plans, including vision and dental. Company shares program.
