Good wage and work at home is possible. Members are great for the most part, especially if you are former military yourself or military BRAT.
Inconvénients
USAA has focused on up-selling their products way too much. As a member prior to employment I had a very high opinion of USAA and remember when you would call and your concern was handled quick, efficiently and correctly. Not the case anymore. Employees are made to focus on selling products not keying the work correctly or making sure everything is right ... that is just EXPECTED to happen and not the focus. Great idea in theory but doesn't work. When you reward employees for more products they sell and not the accuracy of their work ... well, what do you expect to happen???
