Avantages
The crews I built over the years are the only sunlight in this dark unjust unprofessional nasty franchise!
Inconvénients
1. Expected to work off the clock in order to save the cost of paying overtime. 2. Reprimanded for not having product in the store after being restricted to an impossible budget. 3. Employees on a daily bases not showing up to work & continuing to be employed. 4. Upper management is completely disassociated with store, managers and district managers epic lack of communication from franchise owners down to regional managers on down to district managers so on, and so forth. 5. Franchise owners care, only about their pocket, and how to increase their overall profit, while doing absolutely nothing to keep up with understanding what each one of their stores actually needs, and responding to all issues with threats of being fired, threats of being demoted or outright, just being ignored! Subway of San Diego has been the worst experience of my life it left me feeling stressed undervalued & overwhelmed for nothing on a daily basis for years. I hope this review will SAVE someone else from being fooled into believing their lies!
