      Avantages

      The best thing about working for RUI is the culture. The owner of the company does a great job making sure the staff is taken care of and treated fairly. It's always "What's fair for the employee" and never " Whats best for the company" Working at RUI has helped me grow as an individual and as a leader. The executives of the company really do lead by example.

      Inconvénients

      I cant think of 1 thing to say that is negative. This is a place of business and like all work places you have to follow rules and policies. Management does not micromanage and treats everyone like adults. You will always know where you stand with the company.

      Avantages

      Working at RUI has been pretty great. The training got me up to speed fast, and I’ve always felt supported by management. They’re easy to talk to and always there when I need help. It’s a good place to work and grow.

      customers are hard sometimes, goals can be difficult with the calls we take

      Avantages

      There were no pros to this company other than clocking out and leaving this company permanently.

      Inconvénients

      Extremely hostile work environment. Management publicly shamed employees in group chats instead of handling performance concerns professionally. The culture was toxic, demoralizing, and based on intimidation rather than leadership or support. I would not recommend working here if you value respect and professionalism.
