Inconvénients
.Successful growth always brings with it some inherent challenges. Would recommend more emphasis on upward and downward communicaiton focusing on team building dynamics and opportunity for feedback and discussion. When things get super busy just due to time pressures the command and control mode can become pervasive even unintentionally. Again, this is actually something that arises from great success we have going here and the positive momentum. Not so much a "con" but more of a thought going forward to pay attention to .
