      Great brand name. The most iconic in the industry with a huge market share. It is a mature brand as well which will make it difficult to capture growth.

      Inconvénients

      Missing the mark. They need to focus on what they do best and leverage that. They also need to understand how to get out of the way of their employees.

      Avantages

      - super chill enviroment - great collegues - huge rock and roll culture - not super demanding depending on yearly projects - lots of fun activities year-round - great place to start your career; use it as a launchpad

      Inconvénients

      - poor leadership; truly, IDK where they get these leaders from - you wont get any help, expect to be thrown in the deep end - frontline workers complain a lot, makes it hard to implement things
