    Avantages

    Flexibility, as long as you work the client's minimum hours. Ability to take 14 days off in any given month and still remain on the program. Very supportive management team who help you succeed. Thorough training and good training materials. Management are accessible for one on one meetings.

    Inconvénients

    Working Solutions is a leading provider of outsourced customer service agents to a wide variety o f companies, this means that ultimately that the rules are made by the client company. While Working Solutions management did have a good back channel of communication for the company client I was working for, the client is the one who calls the tune. You are working in a highly metrics driven, closely monitored environment. Expect that every call is recorded and analyzed and every mouse click is also scrutinized as your screen is recorded too. In the program I worked you got a 5 second countdown between one call ending and another starting. When inbound calls came in there was often no gap between hanging up and the next inbound call coming in immediately. I quite enjoyed the fast pace, but it may not be for everyone. I did have to buy an extra long straw so I could grab a sip of water between calls, there was no time to pick up a cup and drink if you didn't want to accrue after call work time (ACW), which adversely impacts your metrics and your earnings.

    We really appreciate your positive and thorough review. You are right that every client has slightly different rules. I believe i know which program you were on. The pay was good but it is really fast-paced and not for everyone. Thank you for taking the time to write your review.
